The Street of Dreams ….The Nation’s Premier Luxury Home Tours

This year’s Orlando Street of Dreams Luxury Home Show will feature a collection of incomparable, fully-furnished and accessorized custom show homes on a single street in an exclusive development. This year’s unique home show will highlight three of the most spectacular show homes ever presented – ranging in size from 10,000 to 17,000 square feet and priced up to $8.5 million. The 2008 Orlando Street of Dreams is a five week long project held from May 10 through June 22, 2008 and is expected to attract at least 40 thousand during the length of the show.

This year’s Lake Mary, Florida project named “Lake Club” was developed by James Dicks Developments. James Dicks said that this year’s Street of Dreams has been in the planning stages for about a year and a half. He said, “It is located on a beautiful 26 acre piece of property right on one of our beautiful Central Florida lakes in Lake Mary. We developed it and converted it into six lots; the average lot is about three acres for estate homes and four of the six lots are currently sold.”


	On March 13, 2007, the Board of County Commissioners voted 5-0 to approve the development of 130 homes on the ranch (L&L Acres) across Lake Mary Blvd. Read more.
